What we build
Every LabX app does one job. LabX Fraud Filter keeps bots, scrapers and fraudsters away from your storefront and checkout. LabX EU Withdrawal gives EU shoppers the withdrawal button that Directive (EU) 2023/2673 asks for and gives you a queue to answer them.
How we work
- Safe defaults. When something fails, real customers get through: the fraud filter fails open, and the withdrawal form never leaves a shopper at a dead end.
- Evidence you can keep. Records that may matter later, like withdrawal declarations, are append-only.
- Built on Shopify. Theme app extensions, metaobjects and Shopify Functions, so the apps follow your theme and Shopify's own rules.
